Video: Grace's 12 Month Talents

12 MONTHS OLD

Happy 1st Birthday, Grace Mae!! Today she is actually one year, one week and one day old (sorry for the delayed post). We survived our first year of parenthood. It's hard for us not to associate the superbowl with counting contractions. Our beautiful daughter now weighs 20 lbs, 13 oz and is 29 1/4 inches long. Her new talents include: saying "hi" (with the cutest little voice), walking while holding on to wagon (video to come soon) and feeding herself many different kinds of fruit (her favorites are kiwis, blueberries and bananas). This year flew by so fast. We can't wait to see what the next year will bring.

We were unsuccessful at getting a "12 month" sign photo. So instead, we asked Grace, "How old are you?" In the picture below, you can see she proceeded to give us the cutest smile and show us "one". So precious!!

As always, we are so blessed to have a happy and healthy baby girl.

Grace turns one!

Here are some pictures from Grace's first birthday party. We still can't believe our baby girl is one year old already. She had a lot of fun at her cheerio-themed party. Grace might be the first baby we know that didn't want to even try her birthday cake. She'll stick to cheerios.
