29 Years Old & 26 Weeks Pregnant!

This week Tara turned 29 and our baby turned 26 weeks! The baby has been moving around like crazy. Callie (the gray cat) really likes to sit next to the baby and purr. We just started to prepare the babys future bedroom, but we still have a lot of work to do. Still no snow up here in Montreal, but we've had a couple of really cold mornings. We are very excited to head down to New Jersey for Thanksgiving to see all of our friends and relatives. Having the holidays in the third trimester make the weeks go by that much faster!

2-Year Anniversary!

We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary on Tuesday. We can't believe that it's been 2 years since our amazing wedding. Thanks to everyone that sent us best wishes on our special day.

23 Weeks!

Hi Everyone! The weeks are flying by and the baby girl is growing. She's really starting to move around a lot. It's starting to get cold up here in Montreal. It seems like fall flew by and the winter is coming fast. The top picture is a shot of the hospital where our Canadian daughter will be born. It really looks like a castle (think Hogwarts from Harry Potter). We also decided to include some pictures of our existing (furry) children. Hope you enjoy them! We miss you all.

21 Weeks

Today we had our 21 week sonogram. As you can see in the pictures....It's a GIRL!! We are both very excited. The doctors say that the baby is very healthy, which is the best news of all. It was amazing to see the details of our baby girl's heart and brain. We also included a few pictures from our early 2nd anniversary celebration in Niagara Falls.

19 WEEKS!

Here is your first look at the growing belly! Tara is feeling good and has a lot of her energy back. Any guesses whether it is a boy or a girl??? We will find out in 12 days!

Vacation and 17 Weeks!

Hey Everyone-

We just returned from a two week vacation. We visited both sets of parents and then made a trip down to San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. It was our last opportunity for the two of us to get away before the baby arrives, and we truly had a blast. Its crazy to think that for the foreseeable future, we will be traveling with an extra passenger! Regardless, it was nice to relax and not worry about ANYTHING.

Right now, Tara is around 17 weeks. We are happy to report that she has a nice LITTLE baby bump forming! It's exciting to actually see the baby growing. We have our second doctors appointment in a few weeks. At that point, we will be able to find out if we're having a girl or a boy. We are just praying for a happy, healthy baby. Enjoy the pictures!

Welcome to Beta Blog!

We wanted to start "blogging" so that all of our friends and family back home could follow our life in Montreal. We will start to post pictures (and maybe some videos) of our family as we start to expand. We hope that it gives those people that are unable to visit us a peek into our time in Canada.
